This is the inaugurative symposium of the Study Section BioInformatics of the Netherlands Chemical Society (KNCV), sponsored by the the NVBMB, the IMBW (VUA), the SILS (UvA), the KNCV, the Stichting voor Planten Moleculaire Biologie, DSM, and the section Integrative Bioinformatics of the Free University and Mathematical Biochemistry of the University of Amsterdam.
