Discussion of selected posters

Procedure of poster presentation:

As you are aware, poster sessions play an important role in the conference, as they provide the opportunity for intensive informal discussion and identification of mutual research interests. This is an integral aspect of the Gordon Conferences. We will provide a list of poster titles to all conferees, as well as an informal poster schedule. Please remember that the GRC guidelines prohibit the dissemination of abstracts of formal talks or posters, as well as the photography of slides or posters.

The space for each poster is 3 feet wide by 5 feet high. The poster boards are fabric-covered, and the college states that push pins and velcro tabs will be provided. Just to be safe, however, it might be wise to bring some of your own supplies.
