- BMCD: Home Page. Biological Macromolecule Crystallization Database and the NASA Archive for Protein Crystal Growth Data.
- Entrez: Nucleotides, Proteins, 3D-Structures, Genomes, Taxonomy, Literature. The Entrez Browser is provided by the National Center for Biotechnology Information: NCBI.
- GenBank: NIH genetic sequence database, an annoted collection of all publicly avaible DNA sequences. Nucleic Acids Research 1998, Jan 1, 26(1): 1-7.
- MMDB: The Molecular Modelling Database contains 3-D macromolecular structures, including proteins and polynucleotides. NCBI.
- NDB: The Nucleic Acid Database archives contain coordinate files, prepared reports, nucleic acid dictionaries, and other resources. Rutges, the State University of New Jersey.
- OWL: Search the OWL Database. The OWL database is a non-redundant protein sequence database produced from SWISSPROT, PIR(1-3), Genbank translations and NRL-3D.

- 3-Dee: Database of Protein Domain Definitions. The database contains definitions of strucutral domains for all protein chains in the Brookhaven Protein Databank that have 20 or more residues and are not theorical models.
- Enzyme Structures Database: Home Page. This database contains the known enzyme structures that have been deposited in the Brookhaven Protein Data Bank (the PDB).
