Dear Sir, Madam,
I am honoured to invite you to the Complexity kick-off that will take
place in the afternoon of April 21, 2011 at the NWO office in The
Hague.
Complexity is a scientific research program of the Netherlands
Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO). This highly
interdisciplinary program combines a variety of scientific disciplines
with the common goal of understanding complex systems. The research
concerns systems of different kinds, for example, complex processes
related to transport, ecology, fluctuation and changes in economical
markets or ocean streams. Triggered by the physical sciences, the
research has spread to social sciences, life science and technology.
The kick-off marks/celebrates the start of the first fourteen projects
within the programme, that will start or have started in 2011 . For
the programme of the day, please visit the Complexity website:
www.nwo.nl/complexity. Although the workshop is free of charge for all
participants, registration is required. Please register at the
Complexity website (http://www.nwo.nl/nwohome.nsf/pages/NWOP_8EAJC9).
We look forward to welcoming you in April!
Best regards,
Lex Zandee and Natasa Golo-Tosic
