We are happy to invite you for the annual NVTB-retreat in Schoorl. The meeting will start on Thursday April 22 morning (precise times will be decided upon soon) and will end on Friday afternoon April 23, and includes meals and an overnight stay at the Doopsgezind Broederschapshuis.
As usual, both days will be filled with scientific lectures, and on Thursday night the annual NVTB meeting (jaarvergadering) will take place, as well as some non-scientific activities such as hiking. We hope that everybody, as in previous years, will be enthusiasic to give a presentation. We encourage you to also present ongoing research, to stimulate extensive discussions. Presentations have to be in English and will take 30 minutes (including discussion), but we can make exceptions if you want to have more time to present your work.
The standard price is € 35, including NVTB membership (€ 10), 2 day meeting (€ 15) and overnight stay in a 4prs bedroom (€ 10). A 2prs bedroom is available for an additional € 10. Non-members can choose to become a member, paying a € 10 membership fee, or not become a member and pay a one-time € 10 fee. All meals are included.
Please subscribe and submit your abstract at the NVTB web site. The deadline for abstract submission is April 1, 2010. All abstracts and the final program will be sent to NVTB members and subscribers to the meeting by regular mail. Those that attend the meeting will receive their hard-copy version of the program in Schoorl.
Please do not wait too long with subscribing, because there is room for 50 persons and the meeting is always fully booked! When you have further questions please contact Like.
