The meeting starts on Thursday May 16th at 11:30 (registration is open from 10:30), ends on Friday May 17th in the late afternoon and includes meals and an overnight stay at Dopersduin, located at the edge of the beautiful dunes of Schoorl. On Thursday evening we will have the annual meeting (jaarvergadering) with members of the NVTB. After this meeting we traditionally take a long, nocturnal hike to the beach and back.
The deadline for abstract submission is April 15, 2013. You will be notified by April 22 whether your submission has been accepted. The final program, including all abstracts, will be sent to NVTB members and subscribers to the meeting by regular mail.

You can register for the annual meeting here. Pre-reservations have been made for 40 participants. If there are more than 40 registrations, we may be able to book a few extra rooms, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Schoorl is situated in the northern part of the province North Holland, near the city of Alkmaar. It is separated from the coast by the widest and highest dune range in the Netherlands ("Schoorlse duinen").
