- males are supposed to differ from females by {p_Am} and h_a only
- model hep is applied: period bp acceleration, pj isomorphic growth, allocation to reprod, ji no growth or allocation to reprod
- growth data suggests a 3 parameter Arrhenius model, but survival a 1 parameter one
- reproduction efficiency depends on temperature different from growth and survival
- SancLaca2002, CocuCler1997 and ArijPatr2001 mean with "adult" imago, instar 5 is pj (DEB adult), and "egg to adult" is bj
