Title: From AmP entries to population dynamics

This intro on practical exercises explains the various methods that are available in DEBtool_M/popDyn to use parameters of the AmP collection, and specify parameters of generalized reactors to arrive at plots for population trajectories.
Special attention is given to the comparison of IBM with EBT methods.
We also discuss population-level macrochemical reactions equations and explain the population-page of AmP entries.
