Cancellation

In case of cancellation the total fee minus the handling charges (NLG 80,-) will be refunded, provided a written request is received by the VU Conference Service before June 1 1999.

Note that the ESMTB only considers you a member if you have paid the 1999 ESMTB contributions before January 31, 1999.

2. Social Programme

Here you can tell with how many persons you want to participate in the social events. For the welcome reception the first person is for free.

The Amsterdam City Council has a discouragement policy concerning the use of cars in the city centre. Therefore there is very limited free parking in the city. Since Amsterdam has a dense public transport network, including bus, tram and subway, participants are strongly advised to take advantage of it. You can book a 5-day `go as you please ticket' (NLG 27,-).

For the welcome reception the first person is for free. Extra persons pays NLG 15,- each.

3. Payment

Registration will not be valid until the required fee has been received. All payments must be in Dutch currency (NLG).

Please indicate your name and address clearly on all money transfers.

(personal cheques cannot be accepted; the amount per eurocheque should not exceed NLG 300,-)
